A dedicated massage practitioner will give sessions with oils and balms and soothing remedial muscle and pressure point relief.

A crafts practitioner will give classes on various hands-on skill courdes. This may be candle making, wood burning, glass engraving, pottery, essential oils, cookery, water colours etc.
Outdoor Persuits. xxxxxx
This may be yoga, visits to local attractions, hiking, cycling or fitness courses etc.

5.10pm to 6.00pm Mindfulness self control
6.10pm to 7.00pm Life coaching motivation.
7.00pm to 7.45pm. Break
7.45pm to 9.00pm. Dinner
9.10pm to 10.15pm

9.40am to 10.10am split into 3 groups of 4 and rota sheets didcussed as GA, GB, GC.
10.10 to 11.00am. Cognitive behaviour therapy
